F A Q Shipping/Payments

Invoicing
The Topps Vault invoices on a daily basis. Items won in auction on the same business day (not 24 hours) are combined onto one invoice and receive combined shipping. Any other auction items won on different days will be invoiced and shipped separately.

Shipping terms
Items are shipped only once payment has been received. We can ship to a U.S. Address only.

All U.S. Mail shipments include Delivery Confirmation.
All UPS shipments include Quantum View Tracking.

Uncut sheets and oversized items may incur higher shipping charges. For residents of AK and HI, additional shipping charges will apply.

All orders $100 and over are shipped via UPS and must be insured.
The UPS Insurance rates are as follows:

Shipments over $100 to $300 = $1.50
Shipments over $300 = 55 cents per $100 (after the first $100)

Most orders will be processed within 72 hours after receipt of valid payment. All personal checks must clear before an order is shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. ET.

Estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Estimated UPS Ground delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Post Office Box
All shipments valued under $100 and "Buy it Now" items won through the Topps Vault eBay Store can be shipped to P.O. Boxes, as these items are shipped via the Postal Service.
All Auction items valued $100 and over are shipped via UPS and require a physical address (No P.O. Box).

Payment Terms All payments must be received within 14 days of the auction ending date or you will forfeit the winning bid. The following forms of payment are accepted: Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order, or PayPal. Items will not be shipped until the total price, including shipping fees and sales tax have been paid in full. All checks should be made payable to Topps Vault, Inc. Please mail to:

Sales Tax
New York state residents are required to pay the 7.75% NYS sales tax.
