Stutzman
Having
studied the master painters at the Art
Institute of Pittsburg, Stutzman went
on to abandon his oil paint for the
quicker drying watercolor and airbrush.
His clients include Entertainment Weekly,
DC Comics and MAD Magazine, for which
he paints one or two of their covers
a year. His work has also graced posters,
advertising, and books covers, including
several for horror writer Stephen King.
Stutzman is best known for his painting
of Elvis Presley for the U.S. Postal
Service's 1993 commemorative stamp.
